Southside House Collective feat. Jonny Rose – Come Back To Me

Once again Southside House Collective team up with Jonny Rose.
You may wonder who he is? Well, sit down and shut up – here we go!

Jonny Rose is a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter and producer.
As a vocalist he has collborated with DJs such as Laidback Luke, Vicetone, Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman and many others.
Jonny has appeared on releases from Ultra/Sony, Universal, Warner, Virgin/EMI, Armada, Mixmash, Monstercat, Kontor, Black Hole, and Silk Arrival. His songs have been supported by Tiësto, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Dash Berlin, Nicky Romero, W&W, Above & Beyond, Gareth Emery, Chuckie, Adventure Club, Ferry Corsten, and Wolfgang Gartner.

Satisfied? No. Because now it’s time to get up from the chair and turn on the music.

The track is called ”Come Back to Me”. It’s a melodic tune, with pianos, a chorus that will leave you humming and lots of harmonies.
To please all clubbers out there, with less vocals and more energy, Southside House Collective made a Club Mix. It’s packed with a huge amount of drums, a big portion of sidechain and a completely new, crazy, distorted, almost gitarish sidechained lead.

Földes feat. Freedah Soul – Sky

Swedish DJ and producer Földes has more than eight years of experience behind the decks. During that time, he’s made a name for himself in the Swedish club scene and honed his DJ skills. Now, he’s assembled all of his experience into his debut single “Sky”.

Földes’ debut is something out of the ordinary – a downtempo acid-inspired track, crafted together with the talented singer-songwriter and producer Freedah Soul. The song started out as an instrumental with a catchy synth riff, but found its true purpose after merging with Freedah Soul’s gutsy topline. With a retro bass line, hard hitting drum fills and vocals with attitude, this track will stay in your mind for a long time.

The release comes packed with two smashing remixes, showcasing both artists’ individual styles: A rhythmic, latin-inspired remix by Freedah Soul, and a high-energy, progressive house remix by Földes.

The Sky’s the limit.

Electrick Village – Nova

Electrick Village consists of two passionated musicians both coming from a small town in Denmark. Combining their two totally different minds the magic happens, this time the result is a song called Nova!

“In the past, we’ve been working with various different people such as the danish pop-queen Nabiha, the human-doll Sada Vidoo and the amazing Swedish vocalist Niclas Lundin. Working with all kind of different people has definitely shaped us in a great way, and that’s the reason we are here today.” – Electrick Village

Electrick Village focus on creating their own unique sound and tries to “stand out from the crowd”, they have a lot of new and fresh sounds coming your way, so stay tuned, we at Southside Recordings are very excited to be working with these guys!

Electrick Village is taking a lot of inspiration from various genres such as Dubstep, D&B and Hip-Hop/R&B, they really like to bring different genres into their tracks and Nova came to life when they both was watching the movie Interstellar

“Well, this track was actually brought to life after watching the movie “Interstellar”.
We really liked the atmosphere they created in and when things strike, it hits you like a supernova. We tried to re-create the atmosphere in the EDM-universe, create that tense and when it hits you it hits you hard like getting hit by a Nova.” – Electrick Village

We don’t need to say it, but you don’t need to see the Interstellar movie to get the hit you hard part in this track. We are super excited to be working with Electrick Village’s forth release here on Southside Recordings. Now we need to see the movie AGAIN!!
